When there is a difference between the inner world and the outer behavior, it becomes a burden, then one has to be in the state of acting every moment.

This act gradually makes the person uncomfortable and unsettled and the person loses his natural instinct.

No matter how beautiful this type of life may seem, but in this situation real happiness, peace cannot be attained, for that behavior and contemplation have to be the same...
To achieve this state, we need yoga, spirituality, meditation, self-study etc., then only we should give right direction to our life.
And you will also be able to become better in the eyes of God.
